About

Christine Murphy is a professional genealogist with almost 30 years of experience researching family history. She began her journey listening to her maternal grandmother’s stories about growing up in New Jersey. It wasn’t until later that she started researching. Wondering about the people who came before her, Christine started writing down the stories she heard over the years. She then went looking for the documents that proved the stories. From Newark, New Jersey to Pittsfield, Massachusetts to Galway, Ireland, Christine’s own family history adventures led her to realize her passion for finding lost ancestors.
